One of our goals for 2017 is to increase our international presence. We currently have a facility in Canada and we are happy to announce that we now have one in the United Kingdom.

Now orders to the UK (and eventually all of Europe) will arrive in days instead of weeks. The shipping price is also going from $10 to $5.

All UK orders are shipped as 2nd class packages via Royal Mail which takes 2 – 3 working days (including Saturdays) but does not include tracking. But if your customer says they never received it, teelaunch will send them another t-shirt for no additional cost.

The only downside of this international expansion is it gets a little tough to know what ships from where. Not all styles are available in every country. To help with this we’ve added little flags to the main mockup images for our apparel products to help you understand which styles are available in which countries.

Note: If you sell 3xl-5xl shirts, sweatshirts, or hoodies they will be shipped from the US as Canada and the UK don’t carry sizes that large.
