USPS raised their rates (effective on the 27th of January) an average of 11.90% (see https://www.shipware.com/usps-2019-price-increase-impact-on-shippers-part-1/)

This represents the largest ever rate increase by the USPS.

This has forced us to adjust some of our shipping rates.
